The instant solenoid kit basically serves to make integration really easy for you, to integrate with your CNC machine to control pneumatics. The use of this kit is recommended for the ease of integration. Especially for newer machines post-2019.
Install the kit for various types of CNC machines including Haas, VMCs, and Brother machines. The kit includes two-way solenoids for air-flow adjustments, with vented adjusters for flow rate control. It monitors relay states and triggers solenoids accordingly, enabling air control.
A Haas I/O board or any machine with a standard output m-code can be connected. To do this, you’ll just need to connect the solenoid pairs to the NO and COM of the relay. Similarly, to connect your solenoid kit with a Brother Machine the signal wires should be connected to the Brother I/O board.
