What is the LineLoad Conveyor System?
Until now, Spindle Gripper CNC Automation has never been possible on a 5-Axis CNC Machine, since there was nowhere to store the parts. The LineLoad™ Conveyor Loading System provides your 5-Axis CNC Machine a Continual Stream of parts that can be automatically machined. The LineLoad™ Conveyor System goes through the side auto-door, bringing parts within reach of Spindle Grippers.

How it Works
The LineLoad™ System combines the pre-existing kinematics of your 5-Axis moving head CNC Mill with a simple and streamlined Conveyor that is linearly-actuated through the machine’s side-mounted auto-door.
The way the system works is simple: (1) the machine’s auto-door is raised up, (2) the LineLoad transporter advances into the machine travel, (3) the finished part is unloaded with a Spindle Gripper, and (4) a new part is loaded and ready to be machined.
Quick-Adjust Fence System
Setups and part changeover takes only a few minutes. Stock to be machined sits on the self-advancing seconds and is captured in position with the Quick-Adjust Fence System.
The fences have integrated rules to make repeat setups quick and easy. Typical configuration is a locked back fence eliminating the need to reset work offsets for part changeovers, but the system can also be set with a moving back-fence for automation of larger parts.
GimPLC Control System
At the heart of the LineLoad™ Conveyor System is its robust PLC control, that ensures perfect integration with your 5-Axis CNC Machine for Automated Production. The System continually monitors for status and error-checks, ensuring trouble-free and continuous operation.
Once the part setup is complete, the GimPLC™ makes the LineLoad™ System set-and-forget. It simply keeps production running until the desired number of parts are manufactured.
